Andrew Peycha is a painter who draws inspiration from
scenic landscape in nature. His travels have taken him across North
America, painting scenes of time that capture his eye. Prior to moving
back to Collingwood in 1999 to focus on painting full-time, Andrew
pursued a successful illustration career in Toronto as a digital painter
for Nelvana, the producer of popular children's cartoons. His
illustrative works have been featured in a variety of publications
including Canadian Lawyer, Family Practice and Pharmacy Post. He has
also been commissioned by various clients such as The Toronto Star,
Harcourt Brace and Company and Young and Rubicam Canada.
Andrew has also donated several works of art for
auction and was the top selling artist in 1999 and 2000 at 'Zoodo', the
gala fundraiser held by the Metro Toronto Zoo.
